Miller Mobile Detailing does not sell your personal information, and does not share text-messaging opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Consent to receive text messages is never shared.

This policy explains what Miller Mobile Detailing collects when you book online, call or text, or have your vehicle detailed, and what happens with it.

1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, and the address where the vehicle will be detailed.
• Details about the job: the package, the vehicle, and any notes about condition, pets, stains or access.
• Appointment and service records, including what was done and payment status.
• Basic website data: pages visited, referring site, browser type and approximate location, through standard analytics.

2. How we use it

• To confirm your appointment and the address the vehicle will be at.
• To contact you about your booking, including running late, weather changes or anything found on the vehicle.
• To perform the work and keep a record of what was done.
• To send receipts and appointment reminders.
• To ask for a review after a completed job. Every customer is asked the same way, whatever the outcome.

3. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, Miller Mobile Detailing may text you about your booking, appointment or invoice, including through automated systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your service.

Text-messaging opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the business: the scheduling and customer-messaging platform that takes your booking, a payment processor, and standard website analytics. Information is also disclosed where the law requires it. Your information is never sold.

5. Photographs of your vehicle

Miller Mobile Detailing sometimes photographs completed work for its website and social media. Photos are of the vehicle, not of you, and license plates are not published. If you would rather your vehicle was not photographed, say so at any point and that will be respected.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar tools to keep it working and to measure traffic. The booking calendar, forms and chat on this site are provided by a third-party platform that sets its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may work less well if you do.

7. Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
• Ask that your vehicle is not photographed, or that an existing photo is taken down.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or of marketing email using the unsubscribe link.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and Miller Mobile Detailing does not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
