Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and, where noted, detailing work performed by Miller Mobile Detailing. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Who we are

Miller Mobile Detailing is a mobile auto detailing business based in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, serving the Tulsa metro. All work is performed at the customer's home or workplace; there is no shop open to the public.

2. Prices on this site

Published prices apply to most vehicles. If a vehicle's condition needs additional work or cost, Miller Mobile Detailing explains it before any work begins, and nothing extra happens until it is agreed. The price shown when you book is the price for that appointment.

3. What we need from you

• Access to the vehicle at the agreed time and place, with room to open every door and work around it.
• Permission to perform the work on the property. If it is not your property, say an apartment complex or an employer's lot, clearing it is your responsibility.
• Personal belongings and valuables removed from the vehicle before the appointment.

Please remove valuables, cash, medication and important documents before your appointment. Miller Mobile Detailing is not responsible for items left in a vehicle.

4. Weather and rescheduling

Rain, high wind and extreme heat can prevent exterior work. Miller Mobile Detailing may reschedule for weather and will contact you as early as possible. There is no charge for a weather reschedule.

5. What detailing does and does not do

Detailing is cleaning and protection, not repair. Scratches through the clear coat, cracked dashboards, torn upholstery, permanently dyed stains and etched mineral spots may improve but not disappear. Where that applies, Miller Mobile Detailing says so before the work, not after.

6. Pre-existing condition

Vehicles are inspected before work begins and existing damage is pointed out. Miller Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for parts that fail during normal cleaning because they were already compromised.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

8. Information on this site

The guides on this site are general information about car care in the Tulsa metro. They are not an assessment of your specific vehicle.

9. Limits

This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Oklahoma law, Miller Mobile Detailing is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself. Nothing here limits responsibility for detailing work actually performed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
